Mini Honey Cake

Mummy tried out a new found recipe for our new car cake mould. It's my favourite car shape and I grab the whole box and took a bite out of each pc!

Ingredients: (approx 8 pcs of mini cake)
2 eggs
50g Castor Sugar
30g Honey
100g Butter
40g Rice Flour
60g low protein flour or cake flour
a bit of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

Method
1.Melt the butter in microwave
2.Beat the egg and sugar until cream liked,add in honey and mix well
3.Add in baking powder,butter and sifted cake flour and rice flour. Mix well and fridge it for 5 hours.
4.Pour in any mould you like and wait it for 5 mins.
5.Bake in Oven 200 degree for 10-15 mins.

Mummy managed to source for the last of these bento boxes for me and Auntie Irene. I've got the Mickey lunchbox at $9.95 while Hayley got the Minnie. The Pooh space ship is only $7.50 after 50% discount. Too bad the cute Pooh lunchbox is sold out. They can't wait to prepare nice food and snacks for us in it.
