High Fever

I woke up this morning with a fever of 38.7°C. We went to see a doctor and it was already 39.1°C. Despite nurofen, the fever still hikes to 40°C. I am so sick and lethagic. The 2nd dose of nurofen still can't bring down the fever. Around 7pm, mummy decided to gave me the suppository instead. She sponged me for 45 min and the temperature managed to subside to a 37.9. Around midnight, I am back to 40°C again. Mummy sponged me again with cold water until 3am. She finally sleeps when the temperature's 37.3°C. I woke up with a 38.5°C the next morning. Thank goodness, my fever's gone later half of the day. Mummy has been on 3 days child sick leave to take care of me.
